Inspiring the northern grid, one tool at a time

Executive Engineer at NESCO, the public utility that distributes electricity across Rajshahi and Rangpur. Mechanical engineer and product designer. The work sits at the seam between the grid and the people who pay for it: AMI and prepaid metering, day-ahead load, commercial procedure, and bilingual tools that field offices and the public can actually use.

Executive Engineer

Northern Electricity Supply PLC (NESCO)

AMI and prepaid metering: Star Shenzhen STZ351 / STK351, DLMS/COSEM, PLC last-mile, HES and DCU — including factory-default tariff, clock sync, and power-factor anomalies.
Audits and investigation: meter-anomaly reports, fraud patterns, and the paper trail a commercial office actually files.
Operations numbers: daily log transcription, Rajshahi and Rangpur KPIs, Polli Biddut interfaces, system-loss and weighted-average calculations, three-phase meter rental, BERC 2026 tariff.
Day-ahead load for Rajshahi zone — sixteen grid substations, evening and day peaks, reserve margin, MAPE/RMSE on the test set.
Commercial Operation Procedure 2025 as a working gazette, and Form-41 as an online new-connection desk — email notices, tracking numbers, bilingual UI.
